How long does it take an order to ship?

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days, but on rare occasions an order can hit a backorder and be delayed longer. Once an order ships, you will receive an email and/or SMS with tracking information.

I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?

It's always recommended to contact the shipping company to see if they could supply any insight on your delivery. Also, email orders@simplymac.com with your order number and the missing items and we'll work with you to get you a resolution ASAP.

Are the items on the site new or used?

Both! We sell all of Apple's newest products, as well as options for Certified Pre-Owned. Any previous generation products or Certified Pre-Owned products will be marked as such in their product title or description, all other items will be the most recent generation of product Apple makes.

Can I update an order once it's placed?

Email orders@simplymac.com with what you're needing changed, and your order number, and we'll get back to you with if the change is able to be applied or what the alternative option would be. We are unable to add to an order, but we could potentially change color or other similar options that do not change the price of the order.

Do you price match?

We do price match on a case-by-case basis. Email orders@simplymac.com for more information.

Where's my AppleCare+ and how do I use it?

AppleCare+ is registered at the warehouse when it ships, and could take up to 5 business days to process before it starts to show with Apple. AppleCare+ is not a physical product and you will not receive any physical item for it. For AppleCare+ assistance you can contact AppleCare+ at support.apple.com, 1.800.APL.CARE or the Apple Support iOS app.

Can I add AppleCare+ after the order?

We could add AppleCare+ as a separate order before the original order ships. Contact orders@simplymac.com for more details on that. After the device ships, you can add AppleCare+ with Apple under their terms and conditions.

Can I pick up in store?

Unfortunately, in store pick up is not supported at this time.

My tracking number is showing as invalid, what do I do?

The tracking number that you received will update in time. Try checking back after a while and you should see it updating.

Can I do a trade-in online?

Trading in a device is only available in-store at this time.


What is your return policy?

General Return Policy

Items purchased on simplymac.com are eligible for return within 14 calendar days from original purchase date. All returns must include original packaging and peripherals that were shipped with the original order. Only items that arrive DOA, damaged in transit, or still unopened are eligible for a full refund within 14 days. After 14 days, products are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines. Simply Mac reserves the right to test any DOA return and impose a 15% restocking fee if the item arrives in a misrepresented condition. Once the return is processed and product arrives in condition described by customer Simply Mac will process the refund immediately. Any item that arrives damaged due to customer misuse, is missing parts or peripherals, iOS locked, or is in unsellable condition may result in a higher restocking fee. Open box returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items ineligible for return include special order computers, software, headphones, and gift cards.

Non-returnable Products

Products not eligible for refund, return or exchange include special-order computers, end of life models, open software, on-ear headphones, in-ear earphones, unused Simply Answers memberships, labor, iPhone repairs, iPhone swaps/replacements and gift cards.

Return on the Web

In the unlikely event that your items arrive damaged, are missing components, the item shipped does not match, or if you're within your return policy and want to return your order please fill out the return form for review.

How do I return my order?

If you're within your return policy, just go to https://store.simplymac.com/pages/order-returns and fill out the form.

Can I return my order in store?

Unfortunately, in store returns are not an option at this time. Select product exchanges and upgrades may be available in store, contact orders@simplymac.com for more information.

Can I send back the order to the address it was shipped from?

No. Please use the return form to begin the return process.

When can I expect my refund?

If the device is unopened, the refund will happen very quickly after we receive the device. If the device is opened, then after we run it through some tests we'll process the refund, as long as it meets our return policy.
