AppleCare+ is registered at the warehouse when it ships, and could take up to 5 business days to process before it starts to show with Apple. AppleCare+ is not a physical product and you will not receive any physical item for it. For AppleCare+ assistance you can contact AppleCare+ at support.apple.com, 1.800.APL.CARE or the Apple Support iOS app.
We could add AppleCare+ as a separate order before the original order ships. Contact email@example.com for more details on that. After the device ships, you can add AppleCare+ with Apple under their terms and conditions.
Unfortunately, in store pick up is not supported at this time.
The tracking number that you received will update in time. Try checking back after a while and you should see it updating.
Trading in a device is only available in-store at this time.
Items marked as "PRE-ORDER" will not have a definitive shipping date, and will ship as soon as inventory is available. Inventory availability can vary depending on the specific device that is pre-ordered and its demand. If you'd like to make any changes to your pre-order, you can request it from us it before it ships.
"Special Order" computers can take up to 6+ weeks to ship, due to them being built by Apple per the specs ordered. The order will also ship direct from Apple. Additional delays are possible.
Standard configuration computers (computers with no paid upgrades) that are built and ordered through the Special Order process will be moved to the appropriate stock model. If stock model is out of stock, then order will be placed on backorder and will be fulfilled once inventory is once again available.
Orders may see a fulfillment and/or a shipping delay due to COVID-19.
Special order availability and/or pricing could change or be updated unexpectedly due to changes by Apple, or potential system errors. Pricing or order changes will be communicated with customer before any change is implemented on an order.
Special order computers are not eligible for return, or cancelation once the order has been placed.
General Return Policy
Items purchased on simplymac.com are eligible for return within 14 calendar days from original purchase date. All returns must include original packaging and peripherals that were shipped with the original order. Only items that arrive DOA, damaged in transit, or still unopened are eligible for a full refund within 14 days. After 14 days, products are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines. Simply Mac reserves the right to test any DOA return and impose a 15% restocking fee if the item arrives in a misrepresented condition. Once the return is processed and product arrives in condition described by customer Simply Mac will process the refund immediately. Any item that arrives damaged due to customer misuse, is missing parts or peripherals, iCloud Activation locked, or is in unsellable condition may result in a higher restocking fee or may not qualify for a refund. Open box returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items ineligible for return include special order computers, software, headphones, and gift cards.
Products not eligible for refund, return or exchange include special-order computers, Mac Pro, open box Apple Pro Display XDR monitors, Apple Pro Stand, Apple VESA Mount Adapter, open box DJI drones, end of life models, software, headphones, in-ear earphones (i.e. AirPods), unused Simply Answers memberships, labor, iPhone repairs, iPhone swaps/replacements and gift cards.

In the unlikely event that your items arrive damaged, are missing components, the item shipped does not match, or if you're within your return policy and want to return your order please fill out the return form for review.

If the device is unopened, the refund will happen very quickly after we receive the device. If the device is opened, then after we run it through some tests we'll process the refund, as long as it meets our return policy.
